There's no confusion when it comes to flavour and innovation at Infusion, a unique East-meets-West fusion lounge bar/eatery that makes its mark on hungry Macquarie Street workers and visitors. Picking up where former haunt Mojo left off, Infusion has a firing mojo unto itself, delivering a striking mix of modern Australian/Western foods such as quiche, pies, pastas, risottos and big breakfasts; and pan-Asian (mostly Thai) cuisine, including curries, soups, stir-fries and salads. The specials board has proved particularly popular with its daily offerings like lemongrass chicken skewers, pickled calamari and pappardelle; all of which can be enjoyed with coffee, cocktail of glass of vino in the lounge area, by the bar or in the cool outdoor area.
