You've seen countless old people do it, now prepare for the baked goods equivalent. Darlinghurst stalwart Infinity Sourdough has decided it's time for a sea-change. The second instalment of the Infinity saga has put down roots in Manly.
The formula remains basically the same as that over in Darlo: breads, pies, sandwiches et al. Throw in some astroturf and inner city vibe that the young Northern Beaches crowd love (but not enough to ever leave the beaches) and you've got the basic ingredients that make Infinity 2.0.
