What a shame
Went here for a birthday, it was supposed to be a special night but it was ruined by the poor quality food and lack of service we received. We arrived at the restaurant around 6, sat down at our tables at 7.15, got our entrees at 8.30 and then got our mains by 10.30! When the food eventually arrived, it was cold - we were supposed to have hot dishes; garlic prawns and roast beef/chicken with vegies. The beef was supposed to be medium but the guests either received it extremely well done or almost alive! The prices they charge are also outrageously expensive.

Review
Had our Christmas party there last Saturday. Service was a mess - staff messing up change, forgetting orders, hopelessly short staffed. Food serving poor - small portions eg surf and turf was a small steak, a few slices of potato and two prawns. My entree was oysters natural which were quite warm when served.
