Unley Road may be hectic, but step into Indochina and you will feel the traffic jams are distant memories. Red and yellow furnishings, booths and wooden chairs make for a comfy ambience. The young staff are friendly while the food is delicious, especially the cheap noodles. The green curry is a favourite but Indochine in-house specialties are the sweet and sour seafood dishes. Blackboard specials feature Vietnamese and Thai delicacies with a Western twist. Ask for some help when trying to match the wine, the staff really know their stuff.

Great dinner
have been regular at Indochina for almost 10 years, I am always amazed with their Thai green curry chicken. Keep up the good services!

Awful food and service
My partner & I went there last night after reading reviews and was extremely disappointed so I joined this site to share our experience. I ordered salt & pepper squid and Larp. The squid was tough & chewy and had no flavour. The chicken larp was even worse. It consisted of diced steamed chicken with a tiny addition of herbs and sauce that was added after the chicken was cooked - it didn't resemble any larp I've ever eaten before (and this is one of my favourite Thai dishes so I've tasted quite a few!). It had no flavour at all, merely tasting like steamed chicken (yuk!). When I spoke to the manager about it he wasn't at all sympathetic and immediately dismissive of my feedback. Very poor customer service! I eat out at restaurants a lot and would have to say this is the worst I've been to in Adelaide in terms of food and service. I didn't eat any of the food I paid for and left (still hungry!) with a bad taste in my mouth with regards to the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Fabulous meal
Service was prompt and friendly throughout the whole evening. The menu was extensive - great for the whole family. Serves were the correct proportion. We will be using this restaurant again. Excellent.

Exceptionally bad
I ordered take-away from this restaurant this evening and the food was so bad I have gone out of my way to sign up to this web site and tell you so. Greasy, tasteless and the standard of the chicken was deplorable. Very nice counter staff, very very poor food.

Indochina-style service
The service at Indochina Restaurant Unley is outstanding. The staffs are friendly and show great consideration. The menu is extensive with lots of unique dishes to choose from. The owners even prepared a specially made dessert and sang a birthday song for me.
