It's been around for years, but that sure hasn't taken the sheen off Indian Star. In fact, this elaborately decorated eatery has reached institution status in Moonee Ponds, winning awards and many fans along the way. The banquets are especially popular, featuring bountiful combinations of dishes like lamb rogan josh, chicken makhani (butter chicken), saffron rice, and gulab jamun (a warm, sweet dumpling dessert).
