Widely recognised as one of the best Indian restaurants in the Shire (the supply of which is almost at saturation point, so that's no mean feat), this is a modern and contemporary restaurant offering a point of difference from its many competitors. It also boasts the secret weapon of its chef, the well-known and much-loved Soman Plathara, whose dishes are created lovingly from only the highest quality ingredients. The boneless tandoor chicken finished with tomato, cream and butter sauce and a touch of fenugreek is possibly the standout here, but all tastes are catered to and any discussion of favourites is likely to end in heated debate. A consistently formidable restaurant and one Cronulla locals are happy to keep very quiet indeed.
