If you've tried and tested the usual range of exotic eats, head for Inca's to sample the flavours of Latin America. The small, dimly lit space offers an intimate setting for grazing through the Peruvian cuisine, from lime and chilli-cured fish (ceviche) to tender goat stew.

We'll be back for more!
We were warned about the wait from reading the reviews. This was repeated by our friendly waitress. It was explained to us that all the food is prepared from scratch once it is ordered and that orders would take longer than at other restaurants. While the food took an hour to arrive the wait was definitely worthwhile. We ordered an entree and 2 mains and a bottle of wine to share between two. The chef took great care with the presentation of the dishes and the food was delicious. The entree was sensational, the goat meat and BBQ juicy and tender. We struggled to finish the meal because of the generous servings. At a total cost of $92, this restaurant is excellent value for money. Do not come here if you are in a hurry and ensure you book earlier than you would normally.

A hidden gem!
Last year we meet some friends in Peru so when they told us they were coming to Sydney - we tried to find a Peruvian Restaurant. We read the reviews & were a little cautious but we had an amazing meal with great service. The menu was great & had all our favourite dishes on there. The food was delicious & great servings. The pisco sours were better than PEru & Sandra our waitress was friendly, helpful & made the night great! We are already planning on taking more of our friends here! I can see how some people might find the service slow but this is because they cook all dishes as ordered so they are worth waiting for! We will be back!

Good Experience....
Not long I returned from my holiday in Peru, and I found out that there was a Peruvian restaurant in Sydney, so I decided to go and check it out with some friends, and to show them the photos that I took in Peru. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere and service were excellent. It was also great the way they had videos showing of Peru so it was great for my friends to get a better idea of what I was saying. What really surprised me was to read all the disappointing comments that were written and based on my experience I don't believe then to be true. Keep up the good work Inca's

Just bad, really bad!!!
Being the only people in the restarant you would expect the service to be top of the game, but this restaurant they just didn't think that was important. There were more pressing matters like putting the TV's volume loud. When we finally got to order the waitress didn't even know what some of the food was and they could not describe what was in them they just didn't know. When we finally got the food after waiting for a while it just looked terrible, tasted awful and was not hot enough. After drinking a sip of my terrible wine to cover the the taste of the terrible taste in my mounth, I put the glass down and the glass cracked and then broke. I just could not believe our luck in choosing this restaurant. When I asked to talk to the manager, they said she was busy and her mind was made up on us paying for the glass. I told the waitress that I would pay for the glass I just needed to talk to the manager about the food and service, but they just bluntly said she was not available. Advise please be warned.......

Poor
When I went there with my friend, we were the only ones there yet food took a while to come out to us. Also some of the food on the menu wasn't available because they hadn't fired up the big oven or something. For me, it felt like they just couldn't be bothered!! Service was poor, food was average at best and a bit pricey. I wouldn't come here again.

Al menos tratan
As I have mentioned in a different review, fresh Peruvian ingredients are almost impossible to get in Sydney, but this restaurant at least tries to spice up and give more flavour. The presentation of the plates wasn't fantastic but at least you were able to see that they put some thought and work on it. They seem be a lot more serious about their business than their other few competitors. If I have to take some friends who have never tried Peruvian food before, this will be the place I'll choose.
