Owner/chef David Constantine has brought his passion for fine dining to the Southern Highlands with this scarlet-themed restaurant. Think muted red walls, dark mahogany stained chairs and textured rouge detailing - it's quite a visual feast. As expected of eateries in wine regions, the boutique vino selection is extensive, though they also have a wide range of drinks for those who are sick of the reds and whites. You can even enjoy a cocktail or three at their cosy bar for pre-dinner drinks.
