The little sister cafe to the Yarra Valley's much-loved The Age Good Food Guide-listed Immerse restaurant, Immerse Olinda is a much more low-key affair, offering cafe fare, a cellar door and a produce store boasting some enviable gourmet goodies for sale. The breakfast menu includes the usual eggy suspects, plus a smoked salmon salad, a big veggie breakfast and some French toast with poached berries and homemade vanilla and honey ricotta.
The space is modern, light and stylish while keeping that rustic country feel you love and expect from the Dandenongs. What more could you want in a country cafe? Well if the answer to that is a spot of wine tasting, then you may just want to move in here.
