This Australian cafe offshoot of the popular Italian coffee brand of the same name admittedly does a pretty good latte. Located in the heart of the CBD, a procession of office workers line up within the slick, well-lit premises for their early morning caffeine fix, delivered by trained baristas. There's also a modest range of snacks, sweet treats and cafe-style lunches available to lure punters in for a casual sit-down meal or coffee meeting, and also note that fans of the roasted bean can pick up a tin or two of Illy on their way out.
