This nautical-inspired pizzeria may have diners thinking they're down on the Amalfi Coast, with its green and white chairs and lashings of terracotta paint. Il Pirata (meaning "the Pirate") offers diners freshly made woodfired pizzas, which source the best ingredients available. The classic magherita is on offer as is the "pirate pizza" with toppings such as olives, salami and chilli. There's also a selection of modest but hearty pasta dishes for those not keen on a pizza.
For dessert, patrons often decide to walk the plank and splurge on the dessert pizza, which is normally shared between dining partners.
