Located in the old Mandarin Club (now operating as Mr B's Hotel), this funky new restaurant is the brainchild of Amy Chanta, the genius behind Chat Thai. With her previous restaurant frequently having lines around the block to get in, Chanta decided to branch out into this new venture. The concept is simple: parallel menus offering both Thai and Japanese cuisine. Two different teams in the kitchen produce the two different styles of food, with excellent efficiency and results. The deep-fried som tum pushes the boundaries of what can and cannot endure the rigours of being submerged in boiling oil, while the pancake section of the menu is enough to sate any sweet tooth's cravings.
