From soups to spring rolls to spicy squid, iDo Kitchen traverses a wealth of traditional tastes that are authentically Vietnamese from first to last bite. Picking up where their former French-Vietnamese venture, Brown and Do, left off, owners Theo Do and An Nguyen cast the spotlight solely on Vietnamese cuisine, with many of the dishes in shareable sizes to give you and your friends or family a fuller scope of flavours. Such delicacies may include tho dut lo (roasted half rabbit marinated with galangal, ginger and garlic), canh chua chua (a Buddhist sweet and sour soup) and plenty of other surprising seafood, meat, vegie and dessert dishes.
