This Bondi Junction mainstay has been pleasing the palates of diners since 1998, and has since expanded with two other outlets in the Galeries Victoria, Sydney, and at Southport on the Gold Coast. Proving very popular with locals, Ichi-ban Boshi is set up like an authentic Japanese noodle bar, with a bunch of umbrella-covered tables spilling out onto the bustling Oxford Street Mall plaza. Ramen noodle soups are the main event here, with dozens of varieties including tofu ramen, cheese ramen, and karaage chicken ramen.
