There's a Chinese menu at the House of Guangzhou that has more on it than the English version, but it's best just to ask for the specials and whatever the chef would like to recommend. The salt and pepper mud crab is predictably excellent, but other dishes like slow-braised beef in Chinese vinegar are also superb.
