House of Chow

At the iconic House of Chow, Chinese cuisine is served straight up in a funky bungalow-style building. Not Kids friendly
Definitely not a child friendly restaUrant They rushed our food even to the extent of bringing out all share dishes at once and stacking them on top of each other Maybe ok if you do not have children

House of Chow Restaurant, Adelaide
I had expected top quality food from a place like this but could have bought tastier Chinese food from my local takeaway. The lemon chicken was nice but no match to what I have had anywhere else, and the duck was dry and hard and one mouthful made me and my companion reach for our water, the poor duck was wasted. Food was average for a high price.

This place is great. We had the Peking duck for lunch and it was excellent. Great service, a tad on the expensive side but worth it. Have to mention the great fish tank they have in the dining area - beautiful.
