Surry Hills is one of Sydney's most heaven-blessed suburbs when it comes to food. Just when you think you couldn't possibly fit anything else into the dining mecca, along comes this stellar Thai joint.
The latest offering from the team at Spice I Am, House is a living, breathing example of the diversity of Thai cuisine. Far removed from the high-end stuff of the original, House delivers northern Thai street food at its finest. Expect to see lots of fresh salads, grilled meats and fermented noodle dishes (as is traditional - basically anything that doesn't require cold storage) and plenty of chilli. Those without an affinity for spicy food would do well to tread carefully around this menu - there's plenty to choose from, but a lot of the menu is packing some serious heat.
