This brightly lit eatery follows the typical blueprint of a suburban Indian in all ways except one - the food. Contrary to cynical expectations, Hotel Saravana Bhavan breaks the mold with fabulous and flavoursome dishes, from generously proportioned samosas to spicy tandoori. The menu ought to keep almost everyone happy, as the chef uses only halal produce, and vegetarians will be pleased at both the range of meat-free dishes and the care that is taken in preparing them.

Kind service, yummy food
Try the butter chicken, try the Chicken Korma, try the vegetarian Korma. Try anything- the food is real Indian made by wonderful Indian chefs. The owner is very kind as are all the staff. Last time I went there they made me a salad to order to have with my curry- not suggesting they'll do that for everyone, just giving you a taste of how considerate they are there! This place is a well-known treasure so make a booking. My favourite Indian!! They do take-away too.
