A restaurant that combines the heady delights of both barbecue and Chinese: there's very little not to like about this traditional Adelaide Chinese eatery. Those with a hankering for the hog will delight in dishes such as cha sui and crispy-skinned suckling pork; the latter will surely delight with its crunchy golden brown exterior giving way to succulent butter-soft meat. Those preferring to dabble in roast duck should appreciate what's on offer here - just like its pork contemporary, a caramel-coloured skin gives way to deliciously roasted meat. There's plenty more on the menu that forgoes the barbie element, with delights such as hotpots and stir-fries also featuring predominately.
