From the same folks that brought you Willim Espresso in Malvern comes this laidback new eatery in the cafe-starved province of Prahran.
Hobba, in a nutshell, is simple food done exceptionally well. So expect to see your average cafe staples on the menu, but with the little touches of premium produce and precise execution that elevate the mundane into the sublime.
There's nothing revolutionary about the idea of doing the little things well, but when you find yourself with a new local cafe that boasts a passionate chef cooking the food that they want to eat, then it's a rare treat worth taking full advantage of.
