What with its abundance of fresh hand-rolled sushi and sashimi platters, Hitoshi Sushi is a good place to share the flavours around among friends and family. Perched on wooden benches at low tables, you can get really cosy as you consider which bento box to choose, or which platter you'll collectively devour. Other options include udon and ramen noodle soups, as well as beef, curry, chicken, vegie, tofu and noodle stir-fries done with traditional flair.
