Right at the busy intersection of Archer Street and Victoria Avenue, this seriously cheap eat has the advantage of being located upstairs, away from the traffic and shopping crowds. At Hinode Japanese Restaurant, the prices are incredibly low for the quality of food you get. There's fresh salmon sashimi, mixed sushi, squid teriyaki, vegetable tempura, gyoza grilled dumplings, soft shell crab, soba noodle salad and pretty much anything else you could ask for of a casual Japanese diner in Chatswood.
