The modern Australian menu displays a high regard for Tasmanian produce, with offerings like the Tasmanian Pacific oysters (which are shucked daily on-site). Providing that it's not all about the view, the sophisticated dinner mains vie for your attention, including the orange and soy crisped duckling, the Macquarie Harbour salmon, and an asparagus, pine nut and pepperberry cheese risotto. If you can fit a dessert in, the honey-roasted pear with parmesan or the traditional creme brulee could just be the icing on the cake.
