The sushi and sashimi are glisteningly fresh at Hibari. Booking is necessary most nights of the week as the word is out that this is one of the better Japanese restaurants to have cropped up. Try the kaki fry (battered deep-fried oysters) or the succulent gyoza (dumplings). This is a user-friendly Japanese restaurant that won't break the bank.
