Located on the top floor and boasting stunning views of mountains and the city skyline (revolving views no less), there's no disputing Hi Lights' literal presence at the top of the heap. But even if it were housed in the basement, the food being served here would still see this diner miles ahead of its counterparts. Expect a menu that still holds true to community club dining values while also offering a select few points of difference for those who feel like expanding their horizons. Try a Moroccan-inspired harissa lamb salad with pimento, pumpkin and Spanish onion spiked with fresh coriander, mint and a cooling yoghurt dressing.
