Named after a font that is well-known for its clarity and neutrality, the odd moniker gives you an insight into the creative minds behind this single malt sanctuary. Not to be drawn into the fight between the rival camps of whiskey and whisky (the spelling represents a hallowed distinction, for those uninitiated in the world of malted liquor), the team at Helvetica have chosen a neutral ground and use both spellings (and liquors) equally. The sparse menu is designed for one purpose only: to accompany a dram or two from the extensive list of more than 70 whiskeys and whiskies.
