Somewhat of a welcome break for the local office workers, Hektor Woodleys (formerly Flow) helps keep everyone cool and calm with its homely gourmet meals (the all-nourishing type) and re-energising beverages (we're talking coffees, wines and beers, folks). Hektor's breakfasts cover all bases, including a fig and anise fruit toast, green eggs and ham, and a brekkie burrito. Lunch is a mix of gourmet sausage rolls, bagels, salads, sandwiches, soups, wraps, pies, pastas and some hearty lamb and chicken specialties. A long day at work shouldn't drag out too strenuously when you've got the Hektor crew nearby.
