Reinventing the space of former haunt Simon's Seafood Restaurant, this edgy, urban hotspot is split into a bar, for your beer, wine and cocktail kicks; a dining room, for grazing gastronomy and more filling fare; and a bustling alfresco street area for a flirt. Care to share? You may enjoy grazing on chicken skewers with paprika spice and vin cotto glaze. For something more filling, the twice-cooked Plantagenet pork belly with master stock, crackle, star anise scented jus, spiced carrot puree, baby corn and Asian greens is one of many of chef Paul Griffin's unique culinary creations. All of the food is made fresh on site, including the woodfired pizzas, which go down a treat with the many international craft beers on hand.
