Halong isn't just a typical suburban Vietnamese eatery. It prides itself on creating some seriously delicious, and authentic, delights. Given that this restaurant takes its name from one of Vietnam's most famous waterways, seafood is the real stunner here. Case in point: a dish of marinated octopus, served simply barbecued with a little bit of lime, chilli and coriander.
