Preserving the rich tradition of pizza originating in Naples more than 200 years ago, head chef Simon Roe creates sumptuous, rustic Italian fare in this family trattoria.
After working in some of London and Sydney's top restaurants, Roe has brought all his skill and expertise back home. The food here is simple and delicious, with a premium placed on quality seasonal produce. Expect the pizzas here to be light and crispy, with minimal topping to allow the fantastic produce to speak for itself.
