The old adage of doing more with less is never more true than in a restaurant. This casual eatery specialises in making pizza and making every one outstanding.
The formula here isn't complicated: traditional pizzas made with quality, fresh ingredients. If this was all Grotto did it would be remarkable enough, but where this place truly excels is the slightly off-kilter flavour combinations. Barbecue pork, red peppers and baby corn topped with sweet soy makes up the No. 17 (none of the other pizzas are numbered), while the complex flavours of confit duck and Swiss brown mushrooms covered in plum sauce is simply titled the Quacker.
