Named for the iconic breadstick that originated in northern Italy, there's no prizes for guessing what style of food to expect at this welcoming trattoria.
Head chef and owner Jason Carver has toured the world, honing his culinary skills and now, with his first venture, he is set to bring all the flavour and culture of Italy to the Sutherland Shire. The menu may read like a greatest hits of Italian cuisine - bruschetta, pizza, pasta, bistecca, creme brulee and all - but it is Carver's modern interpretations of these classic dishes that makes Grissini truly unique.
