Part of a burgeoning gourmet burger chain, Grill'd is Fortitude Valley's answer to that age-old question: is there such a thing as a healthy burger? One look at the menu offers ample answers to calorie-counting eaters, with 100 percent beef, chicken breast, lamb and vegie patties used between each daily baked bread bun (or if you're a coeliac, a gluten-free bun). Burger favourites include the Kung Fu Fighter, featuring lean beef, shredded carrot, coriander, satay sauce, salad and herbed mayo, and the vegetarian and vegan-friendly Bombay Bliss, packed to the brim with a chickpea pattie, roasted peppers, tzatziki, salad and relish.
