Another leagues club that has decided to go above and beyond the expected "meat and two veg" you would normally find at a place like this. Not to say the classic RSL bistro fare isn't readily available here too, but this kitchen has decided to expand its operations outside the norm. The vegetarian burger, far from being a stodgy processed monstrosity, is grilled spinach and ricotta with sliced onions, guacamole, sour cream and semi-dried tomatoes; just one example of how places like this are rethinking the old in great new ways.
