Much like green tea, this Asian fusion restaurant eases you into a state of settled relaxation so that the light, delicate and sometimes spicy flavours of the food to come can be truly appreciated. In the heart of Fortitude Valley, Green Tea Restaurant covers both Vietnamese classics, such as noodle soups and vermicelli salads, and broader Asian delicacies that include Thai curries, Szechuan-style Chinese barbecues, Singapore noodles and so on. And just to get you in the mood, a pot of jasmine green tea certainly wouldn't hurt (nor would a bottle of wine, for those non-designated drivers!).
