It may sound like the New Zealand Maori war dance, but Hakka food is in fact some of the most flavoursome southern Chinese cuisine going around, and this restaurant is one the best places to get it.
The menu is varied and extensive, ranging from Cantonese classics to signature Hakka dishes and even traditional Italian pizzas. For something a bit different, check out the Har Q - the Hakka specialty dish of stir-fry king prawns and vegetables in a white wine and egg flower sauce.
