As the name suggests, this restaurant is all about fine dining and haute cuisine in the grandeur of stained glass windows and gilded ceilings.
One of the last remaining Victorian dining rooms still operating in Australia, the dining experience here is an exercise in indulgence. A lobster lasagne with gruyere cream sauce as an entree gives you a fairly good idea how decadent this menu can get. They even have a grand high tea every Sunday afternoon for those who didn't get their fill of pompous during dinner.
