Open for a few days during the week, Graduates Restaurant and its corresponding Scholars Training Bar provide a classy and casual setting in which to enjoy innovative Modern Australian dishes such as creamy mussel and leek tart with sauce vierge; tea-smoked duck breast with parsnip puree and orange sauce; and chocolate, whisky and raisin cake with soft cream.
