Several styles of dish grace the menu, from fried noodles to don, udon and bento boxes, but as the name suggests, the ramen on offer here is the house specialty. From a plain miso to a spicy tantan, there are 10 different styles of brothy goodness to choose from. For the some-like-it-hot crowd, go for a shisen ramen with spicy stir-fried pork and plenty of vegetables in a warming soy broth.
