Free from the pressure of industry recognition, with his latest venture McConnell has chosen to showcase his own personal interpretation of his favourite Asian eating experiences.
Expect McConnell's signature deft touch to be applied to dishes such as twice-cooked duck with steamed bread, vinegar and plum sauce or a snapper fillet with pickled wasabi leaf and steamed clams.
