Golden Century is one of Chinatown's most popular eateries. Even if you've made a booking you may find yourself joining the queue outside, but it's worth the wait. With most of the menu swimming in tanks that dominate the decor, you get some of the freshest seafood around. Open until 4am, it attracts a large nocturnal contingent after hours, feasting on congee (soupy rice porridge) or huge plates of pipis.
