This fantastically named cafe is the perfect stop for a stomach-lining breakfast that will ease you into the weekend. Even better, breakfast lasts all day. Enjoy pecan flapjacks with butter, maple syrup and ice cream. If you're after something a little lighter, the mussel and vegetable broth is excellent and comes with cheese bread. True gluttons however will not miss out on one of the cafe's excellent house-made cakes. There is a separate vegan menu, and outside tables for that European feel.

Great experience
Went for late breakfast... excellent food for hang-over cure - grand servings = excellent value for money. Laid back atmosphere - perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon! Highly recommend.

Dissapointing...
This was my third visit to this cafe, and this time I was so disappointed. The first experience was great - big servings of dessert and great hot chocolate. Service normal. The second time the cake was not the best, but I thought that it had been my choice (chocolate beetroot...bad combo!) Service was ok that time. The third time was terrible. We sat inside and expected table service, however after 15 minutes we hadn't been glanced at, so we went to the counter and ordered there instead. Here we had to wait another 15 minutes for our coffee to be made and cake to be brought out (after we had finished our coffee). The cake was not good and the coffee not bad, but not exceptionally good either. If the service had been better the whole experience may have admittedly been a lot more positive.
