The sister restaurant to Manuka's multi-award-winning Ginseng (voted 2007's Best Chinese Restaurant in Australia by Restaurant & Catering Australia), Ginseng @ Hellenic delivers the same traditional Chinese delicacies as its flagship eatery. As well as offering yum cha from Saturdays to Mondays, Ginseng also provides ample appetising a la carte options, including chicken and sweet corn soup, five-spiced squid, almond king prawn, Wasabi beef loin steak, seafood-stuffed eggplant and, if available, live mud crab or lobster.
