Get ready for challenging service
The food is exquisite at Ginger Garlic. Cuisine from amazing India like you've never had it. Just don't be surprised when your talked into over ordering by a pushy waiter explaining it couldn't possibly be enough for your dining table. There's no arguing with the waiter!

Sure this is fine until you find out you can't take your meals home if you can't eat them. Although they offer takeaway all the same. Dissapointing and quite rude staff don't add to the ambience. But they do serve great food if your up for a challenge.

Takeaway delight
I was introduced to Indian food in Glasgow, about 25 years ago. I emigrated to Australia (Brisbane) 18 years ago, and searched (without success) for a restaurant that delivered meals on a par with my old city. I moved to Melbourne recently and have had similar problems on the curry front. However, in Ginger Garlic, I have discovered a restaurant that strives to provide interesting and tasty (as opposed to bland) food. I will continue to utilise the Ginger Garlic Restaurant, and suggest that others wishing authentic Indian food (not covered in curry powder) try it out.
