Meat-lovers will coo over the who's who of German delicacies making an appearance in the Bavarian mixed grill at this hotel - including bockwurst, bratwurst and wood-smoked Kassler chop served with red cabbage, potatoes and Bavarian mustard. The grill is available for lunch or dinner. You can kick-start your morning with some slightly less heavy options such as rye toast served with Black Forest ham, melted cheese and scrambled eggs, or potato pancakes with apple mousse.

Definitely worth a visit
Hubby and I decided to spend lunchtime here, and have been here a few times before. Service we have always found to be exceptional, atmosphere relaxing, fun and full of people and great background music. Food we have found good to average - I returned a "new" meal they were trialling and received huge apologies and a refund back (which was the correct thing to do, unlike some other places we've been.) Despite this experience, the professionalism, atmosphere, beauty of location and traditional (and other) menu choice - we'll be back. :)

German Experience
Generally good, generous serves, above average 'pub-grub' food, quaint area... would recommend to friends/family.
