Fresh and easy
We were looking for something quick, easy and simple on a Monday night and were delighted by Gelbison. Four of us shared a gourmet pizza (prosciutto topping with a very nice thin crust), bruschetta, a huge garden salad, and a matriciana fettucine pasta dish, and the bill was about $60. Each dish was simple, straightforward, and extremely fresh. We left very satisfied. I wouldn't choose Gelbison for a treat, but would definitely go again for an inexpensive weeknight dinner.

Nice without the price...
Wouldn't take someone I was trying to impress, but nothing wrong with getting a bite to eat here. Good-sized meals that won't set you back too much.

Excellent restaurant. If you love Italian this is the place to try, if you love mussels, this is the place to try and if you love pizza...you guessed it, this is the place to try. Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent service.
