What originally began as a dream of owner Tony Albuino and six simple flavours made from a family recipe has mushroomed into one of the most authentically Sicilian-tasting gelatarias this side of Italy. Flavours include cassata, roasted almond, sambuca, torrone and zabaglione, while sorbets like green apple, watermelon and blood orange are sweet and zesty. If gelato's not your thing, there's plenty in the way of other sweets and desserts, so anyone with a sweet tooth can find nirvana here.
