Being healthy doesn't have to mean you compromise on flavour, and Gas Milk Bar proves this with their extensive array of tasty organic meals (especially the eggs brekkies). Making the most of the sunshine, the milk bar has a cute footpath seating area for coffee and juice sippers to savour before heading off to the beach or (insert groan here) work.

In search of the perfect Latte
Okay, I had been combing Bayside, Melbourne, for three months finding that perfecto morning Latte. I finally came across this nostalgic masterpiece. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted by a fine blend of old world charm mixed with vibrant friendly young barista's, waitresses and kitchen staff.
It's now over two years, and I have never been disappointed in my experiences at Bayside's very much distinguished "no nonsense" cafe.
Do yourself a favor, check it out. No matter how you like your coffee, let them know and they'll prepare you something "Perfecto"
