Gallery Restaurant occupies a beautifully light and airy space within the Hilton Hotel, overlooking Fitzroy Gardens. Executive Chef Kevin Thomson has crafted an a la carte menu that spells out his European influences in such dishes as scallops with sweet corn foam; or sumac-roasted lamb with beetroot yoghurt and pomegranate dressing. On Saturday evenings and Sunday lunches, diners are offered the Hilton's seafood buffet - a crustacean-packed example of that hotel staple.
