This Richmond hotspot has seen many incarnations, with this Indian restaurant the latest to try its luck. Fuzion has a warm and cosy interior, featuring exposed brick walls painted a clean white with slashes of rustic red. Tasteful pictures and mirrors are hung sparsely, complemented by homey touches such as beautiful candleholders and lamps. And there's nary a tacky Indian knickknack in sight. The menu is sure to be a crowd-pleaser - it's full of authentic Indian fare with quite a few unusual dishes thrown in for a twist.
